Some people feel that the negative aspects of aging are inevitable, but in this verse, we are told that Moses was 120 years old when he died, yet his eyesight was clear, and he was as strong as ever.
5. Ruth 4:15
In one of the two books of the Bible named after a woman, we are promised that God will “renew your life and sustain you in your old age.”

It is usual for the body to break down as it ages. Regardless, we are given this promise in the book of 2 Corinthians: “Though outwardly we are wearing out, inwardly we are renewed day by day. This verse from Titus is rather lengthy, but it can serve as a reminder of how older men and women are to act. “Older men are to be temperate, dignified, sensible, sound in faith, in love, in perseverance. Older women likewise are to be reverent in their behavior, not malicious gossips nor enslaved to much wine, teaching what is good, so that they may encourage the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, to be sensible, pure, workers at home, kind, being subject to their own husbands, so that the word of God will not be dishonored.”
