After a loss, the pain can feel overwhelming. It's hard to know what steps to take next or how to return to 'normal.' Coping with grief means finding the systems and structures that work for you.
While we all have our own ideas of what grief looks like, it doesn't actually look any specific way. There are many different types of grief, and everyone experiences these types differently. Grief is a psychological and physical reaction to loss. This could be something you experience after a death, but it can also happen because of anything else in your life, like losing a job or a experiencing a breakup.
