Coping with pregnancy loss

After the loss of a pregnancy, it's entirely normal to feel shock, guilt, anger, and grief. The next few days, weeks, and months after this loss are difficult, and it's important to rely on friends and family for support. Though there is often a stigma around talking about pregnancy loss, it's very common. Give yourself the time you need to heal, and always remember that it's not your fault you're going through this.
