The bad news is that Brainly doesn’t have an easy-to-find customer service number that you can call to take care of the process or ask questions. Instead, you will have to log into your online account and follow the steps to sever ties.

How to Cancel a Deceased Loved One’s Brainly Subscription

We would like to offer our sympathy if you recently lost a loved one. We know you are probably overwhelmed with all there is to do after a family member dies. Funeral planning and closing accounts can be overwhelming.

It has been suggested that you prioritize your tasks and complete time-sensitive items first. For example, besides planning the funeral, you need to order copies of your loved one’s death certificate, which the executor of the estate may need to distribute assets and close accounts.

Of course, you may also need to contact companies where your loved one held accounts. In fact, if your loved one’s credit and debit cards are suspended, subscription services similar to Brainly may automatically be canceled when the payment for the renewal isn’t received.

However, if you would rather contact Brainly and other companies that your loved one interacted with to see if the estate can receive a refund for unused subscriptions, here is the contact form to use. Explain that your loved one recently died, and you would like to cancel their membership. You might need to supply your loved one’s email, phone number, or user name to complete the process.
