Grief is the sorrow felt after the loss of a loved one. This sorrow can be incredibly profound or deep, especially if you’re close to the person who passed away. It’s not always easy to sum these feelings into words or express yourself. It’s been said that there are five stages of grief, though these likely present differently in every individual. Expressing your own feelings of grief and helping those you love come to terms with their grief is one of the hardest parts of life. This is one of the many strong feelings that connect us all.
