- Anything you store in your User Account (“Private Submitted Items”) is private by default. Sharing of Private Submitted Items will always be opt-in. In other words, your Private Submitted Items will always be private unless you specifically choose to share them with someone. We will never make this choice for you.

We make it as easy and simple as possible to update your privacy settings and manage who has keys to your User Account.
Information We Collect
We collect personal and non-personal information when you provide it to us in the course of using the Site or the Services. The personal information that we may collect includes your name, gender, location, and email address. The non-personal information that we may collect includes your browser type, the URL of the previous website you visited, your ISP, operating system, and your Internet protocol (IP) Address. The non-personal information is not used by us to personally identify you and is not readily usable for that purpose.
In addition, if you communicate with us regarding the Site or any of our Services or products, we will collect any information that you provide to us during the course of our communication.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our customers who are California residents to request and obtain from us a list of what personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year and the names and addresses of those third parties. Requests may be made only once a year and are free of charge. Under Section 1798.83, we currently do not share any personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
Our Disclosure of Non-Personal Information to Third Parties
We may disclose non-personal Information, in de-identified, aggregate form, to potential strategic partners, advertisers, investors, customers, and others. You may not opt-out of the sharing of this information.
A web beacon is an often-transparent graphic image, usually no larger than a 1x1 pixel that is placed on a web page or in an e-mail that is used to monitor the behavior of the user visiting the Site or receiving the e-mail.
Cookies and web beacons used by us will not be linked to your personal information.
Do Not Track Option
Your browser may offer you a “Do Not Track” option, which allows you to signal to operators of websites and web applications and services (including behavioral advertising services) that you do not wish such operators to track certain of your online activities over time and across different websites. If you do desire to obtain a copy of your personal information, you will be required to provide proof of your identity. If your personal information changes or if you no longer want to use the Site or the Services, you may correct, update or deactivate your personal information and your account through the account management screen. The Site and the Services and products we sell are intended for people planning end of life related matters. Therefore, it is unlikely that children under the age of 18 will use the Site or the Services or products we sell. Accordingly, we will not knowingly collect or use any personal information from any person under the age of 18. In addition, we will delete any information in our database that we know originates from a person under the age of 18.

You may opt-out from having your personal information used for certain purposes. For example, if you use the Site or the Services or purchase a product from us but do not wish to receive any additional marketing material from us, you may indicate your preference on our order form.
